The Properties of Paper Affecting the Formation of Color in the Printing Process.

In the experiments reported, the optical and surface properties of six paper grades were measured and test prints were produced for subsequent color measurement Results relating to the effect of oil absorption on paper lightness and color. the effects of paper lightness and paper color on color formation, and the effect of paper surface unevenness on color formation. are presented and discussed.
