Investigation into the Application of Achromatic Synthesis to the Printing Industry

Achromatic synthesis is becoming well known in the printing industry, and is being well received. The black printer is considered to be the backbone of the theory and its importance is analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages, especially with respect to reducing the impact of problems which affect the printed results, and reducing the numerous variables in the printing industry, are emphasized.
